Communities of Excellence brings leaders together using a framework based on worldwide proven practices in order to align and integrate the plans, actions, resources, and results related to key community-wide goals. This presentation will share best practices for engaging, mobilizing, and aligning resources to achieve common community goals as well as approaches leaders can take to unite others towards a common community vision and shared goals, while ensuring that diversity, equity, inclusion are at the forefront of conversation, goals setting, strategic planning, and action.
